How we work with insurance
Paris Mountain Dental is primarily a fee-for-service practice, though we are currently in-network with Delta Premier. For those with dental insurance, we’ll collect your estimated co-payment at the time of service and then file a claim with your insurance company on your behalf. If there’s any balance remaining, we’ll contact you for final payment. If there is any overpayment, we will contact you to process the refund promptly.
What is fee-for-service dentistry?
Fee-for-service dentistry is a payment model for dental care where the dental office bills insurance for the usual and customary fees of the treatment provided. This model contrasts with insurance-based practices, where the services covered and their costs are often predetermined by the patient’s dental insurance policy.
Choosing to work with a fee-for-service practice means choosing a dental care experience that prioritizes your dental health and unique preferences. Dr. Ghimire can propose a wide range of treatments without being limited by what an insurance policy will cover. You, in turn, are free to choose from these options based on your specific dental health needs and preferences.
