Dental Implants Procedure

Before we begin, we’ll have you come in for a consultation with Dr. Ghimire. She will evaluate the health of your mouth and jawbone, as well as your dental needs and lifestyle, to determine if dental implants are right for you. If they are, we’ll bring you back in for the procedure. First, the implants are surgically placed into your jawbone. Over the course of a few months, as your mouth heals, the titanium material fuses with your jawbone to create a solid foundation for the restoration. Once fused, you’ll come back in so we can create and place your restoration — a crown, bridge, or implant-supported denture depending on your needs.
